Refund & Cancellation Policy

Crawbat provides a combination of:

• One-time setup and implementation services
• Recurring subscription-based services

Due to the nature of digital services and custom implementation, refunds are limited as described below.

Setup fees typically range from $3,000 to $10,000+ depending on project scope.

Refund Policy

Once work has started, setup fees are non-refundable. Work is considered started when:

• Onboarding begins
• Documents are received
• System configuration or integration begins

Before Work Begins

If payment is made but work has not started, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

Crawbat operates on a monthly subscription model.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Payments are charged automatically

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Partial months
• Unused time
• Lack of usage

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Effect of Cancellation

• Cancellation prevents future billing
• Your service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for the remaining time

If a subscription payment fails:

• Widget functionality may be disabled
• Access to certain features may be restricted

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services
• Require payment before reactivation

Refunds are not guaranteed.

However, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

• Your account may be suspended immediately
• Access to services may be revoked

We reserve the right to:

• Dispute the chargeback
• Recover associated costs

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
